Balaji Dental Centre (BDC) is a well-established dental practice with 30 years of experience in providing quality, patient-focused dental care.

At BDC, we combine clinical expertise with modern technology to deliver precise, efficient and personalised dental treatment. We are looking for a skilled BDS/MDS Dental Surgeon who is confident in clinical dentistry and has a strong interest and hands-on experience in digital dentistry and technology-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and provide comprehensive dental treatment to patients.
- Perform routine and restorative dental procedures with good clinical proficiency.
- Conduct patient examinations, treatment planning and follow-ups.
- Use and integrate digital dentistry workflows into diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Work with intraoral scanners for digital impressions and treatment workflows.
- Have an understanding of CAD/CAM systems and digitally assisted restorative/prosthetic workflows.
- Interpret and utilise 3D imaging and CBCT scans as part of diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Coordinate with dental laboratories and specialists for digitally planned treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans and clinical documentation.
- Educate patients about treatment options and ensure a comfortable, well-informed patient experience.
- Follow established clinical protocols,



infection-control standards and practice guidelines.
- Collaborate with the senior dental team to ensure consistent quality of care.

Requirements

- BDS/MDs degree from a recognised dental institution.
- 1–2 years of clinical experience after graduation.
- Strong clinical knowledge and good patient-handling skills.
- Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of digital dentistry.
- Familiarity with intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM systems and CBCT/3D imaging, Digital software (Exocad, Exoplan, and co-diagnostics) required.
- Good understanding of digital treatment planning and workflows.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible and committed to high standards of clinical care.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with advancements in modern dentistry.
