Position: Senior Production Support /Azure DevOps Engineer/ Site reliability Engineer Location: Bangalore or Pune Work mode: Hybrid (2-3 days in office) Timings: APAC , GMT Experience: 5 to 7 years Notice period : Immediate joiners , 15-20 days notice period This role focuses on application reliability, cloud operations, and observability Must-haves - At least 5 years of solid experience in Production Support / DevOps roles within enterprise environments.

- Hands-on experience supporting Java applications, including troubleshooting and log analysis.
- Experience with Unix/Linux systems is a good-to-have.
- Experience supporting APIs and service-based architectures.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including: Azure Kubernetes (AKS) Azure Cosmos DB Azure SQL Server Azure Static Web Apps Blob Storage - Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with GitHub
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and operational workflows.
- Experience with Monitoring and Observability tools, preferably Dynatrace.
- Experience with Snowflake is a good to have (available to upskill)
- Execute and support DevOps processes, including deployments, releases, and environment validation.
- Handle incidents, service requests,



and changes using ServiceNow.
- Manage batch processing and scheduling activities using Control-M.
