Job Opening: Desktop Support Engineer (Work from Office)
Experience Required: Minimum 1.6 Years with documents
Budget: 3 LPA to 3.6 LPA
Qualification: Graduation in Any Stream
Working Days: 6 Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to end-users on desktop and system-related issues.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting through a ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Outlook, O365 applications, and email configurations.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent and quality support delivery.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Ticketing Tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Freshdesk, etc.).
- Robust knowledge of Outlook Troubleshooting and O365 Support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of desktop hardware, software installations, and remote troubleshooting tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1.6 years of relevant experience in IT Support / Remote Support.
- Must be able to produce relevant experience documents (Offer Letter, Experience Letter).
- Graduation is mandatory.
