Position: Fashion Design & Product Development Executive

InLeague Sourcing is looking for a creative and commercially oriented Design & Product Development qualified to join our team in Bangalore.

The role will focus on fashion trend research, product development and preparation of buyer-focused product presentations for international brands, working closely with our sourcing and manufacturing teams in India and Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct seasonal fashion, fabric, colour and trend research relevant to international markets.
- Develop new product ideas and translate trends into commercially viable styles.
- Prepare product presentations / range boards for international and domestic buyers.
- Coordinate with Indian Home factories / Bangladesh Garments factories and suppliers for product development, fabrics, trims and sampling.
- Travel within India for factory, supplier and product development meetings .
- Travel to Bangladesh when required to coordinate product development, sampling and production preparations.
- Work closely with the InLeague team to respond to buyer requirements and development briefs.
- Maintain an updated database of trends,



fabrics, techniques and product innovations.
- Support the team in developing seasonal collections and customised presentations for specific brands/departments.

Ideal Candidate
- 3–6 years of experience in fashion design, product development, merchandising or sourcing .
- Strong understanding of international fashion trends and commercial product development.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, garments, washes, embellishments, prints and construction techniques.
- Strong Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / PowerPoint / Canva skills.
- Ability to create visually strong and commercially relevant presentations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel within India and occasionally to Bangladesh.
- Someone who is creative, proactive and commercially minded , rather than purely design-focused.
