About the Role

Binated is looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead a team of designers and manage day-to-day design production. The role involves team management, quality control, work allocation, productivity, and timely delivery of design projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support a team of designers.
- Allocate work based on skills, workload, and priorities.
- Monitor daily productivity, TAT, quality, and SLA performance.
- Review and approve design work before delivery.
- Reduce errors, rework, and quality issues.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and production workflows.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Account, and Automation teams.
- Handle urgent/high-priority requirements and resolve production issues.
- Prepare and report team performance and production metrics.

Required Skills Strong practical knowledge in at least one of the following:

- Embroidery Digitizing
- Vector Artwork
- Mockups & Proofing
- Image Editing

Additionally, candidates should have good knowledge of design production workflows, quality checking, and team handling.

- Hands-on, accountable, and supportive leadership style.
