Key Responsibilities

- Design and conceptualize mechanical components for liquid processing and packaging machinery (e.g., vial washers, filling lines, cappers).

- Create accurate 3D CAD models, detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, and complete Bill of Materials (BOM) for production.

- Customize standard machine designs for turnkey projects and specific client floor layouts.

- Ensure all designs strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and CE standards.

- Collaborate with R&D; and manufacturing teams to optimize machine performance, reduce costs, and resolve shop-floor assembly issues.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience: 2–5 years as a Design Engineer in packaging machinery,



pharmaceutical equipment, or Special Purpose Machines (SPM).

- Software: High proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of kinematics, pneumatics, and sheet metal design.

- Materials: Familiarity with stainless steel grades (SS 304/316L) used in sanitary and pharma environments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
