We are looking for a talented and cutting-edge Design Engineer to join our team at A Square Innovations, a leader in retractable roof engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and detailing cutting-edge retractable louvered roofs and other specialized structures, ensuring precision, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

1. Design and Development:

- Develop designs for retractable louvered roofs, polycarbonate roofs, and related systems.

- Create detailed 2D/3D models and drawings using software like AutoCAD, and SolidWorks

1. Project Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the research team, production engineers, and clients to understand project requirements.

- Modify and optimize designs based on feedback and functional requirements.

1. Technical Calculations:

- Perform structural load calculations,



material strength analysis, and thermal performance assessments.

- Ensure designs adhere to safety standards and project specifications.

1. Prototyping & Testing:

- Oversee prototype development and testing phases.

- Troubleshoot and refine designs to resolve technical challenges.

1. Documentation and Compliance:

- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, BOMs, and design reports.

- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes and industry standards.

1. Innovation:

- Identify opportunities for design improvements and innovative solutions.

- Support patent-related work for novel designs, if applicable.
