Manager, Aerospace Sector
Position: Deputy Manager Location: North Bangalore, India (On-site)

Established aerospace manufacturing firm expanding operations in
Bangalore, committed to precision and high-quality production.
Duties and Responsibilities: Act as second-in-command for shopfloor operations; lead teams and manage priorities in the Managers absence. Drive optimization of assembly processes in line with aerospace standards. Resolve complex operational and technical issues related to machining and assembly (5-axis, CNC, VMC).
Oversee quality control, internal audits, and regulatory compliance.
Lead improvement projects to boost KPIs and reduce non-conformances. Mentor and develop staff through coaching and training. Enforce safety and HSE requirements. Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, planning, and procurement.
Requirements: 10–12 years experience in aerospace manufacturing with substantial managerial experience. Deep technical knowledge of
5-axis machining, CNC, and VMC. Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication skills. Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
