Requirements Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day business and operational activities across assigned areas
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives
- Understand customer requirements and contribute to improving the overall customer experience
- Assist with planning and executing recent processes, campaigns, and operational initiatives
- Monitor day-to-day activities and identify opportunities for process and service improvements
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners when required
- Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Identify operational challenges and proactively work towards practical solutions
- Support the development and implementation of scalable processes in a fast-growing workplace
