We are looking for a qualified and motivated Dentist to join our team as a Business Development Executive. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building professional relationships, promoting our dental/healthcare services, generating leads, and supporting overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Explain the company’s dental-related services, courses, or offerings clearly and professionally.
Identify and generate recent business opportunities.
Promote and present the company's dental and healthcare services.
Build and maintain solid professional networks within the dental and healthcare sector.
Coordinate with internal teams to support lead conversion and business growth.
Conduct presentations, awareness programs, and promotional activities when required.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
Requirements
BDS degree or equivalent dental qualification.
Experience in business development, sales, healthcare marketing, or a related field will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Confident and professional personality.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in business development may also be considered.
What We Offer
