Role Description The Delivery & Operations Lead is a full time, on-site role based in South Delhi, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of solar projects. This role includes planning and coordinating project delivery, managing installation teams, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The individual will monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and resolve operational issues to keep projects on track.

Day-to-day tasks involve liaising with clients and vendors, supervising site activities, maintaining documentation, and optimizing processes for efficiency.



The role also includes tracking performance metrics, supporting after-sales service and maintenance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in operations.

Qualifications

- Project and operations management skills, including experience in planning, scheduling, and overseeing field execution.
- Technical understanding of solar energy systems or related electrical/mechanical infrastructure, with the ability to work closely with engineering and installation teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Process improvement and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using data and metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
- People management and leadership skills, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and mentoring field staff.
- Proficiency with basic office and project software (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation tools, project tracking platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business management, or a related field; relevant experience in renewable energy or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, visit project locations as needed, and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
