Delivery Executive to manage our distribution route along the Panvel to Vashi corridor. The ideal candidate will ensure that fresh meals are delivered to our corporate and residential clientele safely and strictly on schedule.
Position Overview
- Reporting Base (Pick-up Point): Fitbox Office, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
- Delivery Operations Corridor: Panvel, Kamothe, Kharghar, CBD Belapur, Nerul, and Vashi
- Standard Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 per month
- Variable Component: Direct petrol reimbursement provided based on the actual distance covered during operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Report punctually to the central Kharghar office daily at 11:00 AM to dispatch meal assignments.
- Transport and deliver healthy meal boxes to designated residential and commercial addresses within the Panvel–Vashi corridor.
- Handle food packages with maximum care to maintain presentation and ensure zero leakage or damage.
- Utilize mobile GPS systems to optimize delivery routes for fuel and time efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting politely and professionally with all clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Vehicle Ownership: Possession of a reliable two-wheeler (motorcycle or scooter) with updated registration and vehicle documents.
- Licensing: A valid two-wheeler Indian driving license.
- Technology: A functional smartphone equipped with an active internet connection for real-time navigation.
- Geographical Knowledge: Thorough familiarity with the sectors, primary routes, and landmarks between Panvel and Vashi.
- Professional Attributes: Strong work ethic, reliable punctuality, high integrity, and explicit communication skills.
