Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement academic programs, policies, and procedures for CSE department.

- Oversee curriculum development, assessment methods, and evaluation techniques.

- Foster a culture of excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement within the department.

- Manage faculty recruitment, supervision, and professional development to ensure high-quality instruction.

- Collaborate with other departments to promote interdisciplinary initiatives and institutional growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-20 years of experience in education administration or related field (CSE background preferred).

- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities.

- Effective communication skills with interpersonal skills for building robust relationships with stakeholders.
