Locations: Mumbai | Bengaluru /n Work Model: On-site /n Experience: 6+ years for Developer /n Role Overview /n We are looking for experienced Databricks Developers to join a data engineering and analytics team supporting large-scale data platforms within the Pharma / Life Sciences / Healthcare domain. /n The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, Spark, SQL and modern cloud data platforms, along with experience designing or developing scalable data solutions. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms using Databricks.

/n

- Develop data engineering solutions using PySpark, Spark and SQL.

/n

- Work with Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Databricks Workflows and Delta Live Tables (DLT).

/n

- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data processing frameworks.

/n

- Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.

/n

- Ensure data quality, performance, security and governance across data platforms.

/n

- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, analysts and business stakeholders.

/n

- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Databricks workloads and data pipelines.

/n

- For Architect-level roles, provide technical leadership,



solution design and architecture guidance for enterprise-scale data platforms.

- Strong experience with Databricks

/n

- Strong PySpark / Spark / SQL experience

/n

- Experience with Delta Lake

/n

- Experience with Unity Catalog

/n

- Experience with DLT / Databricks Workflows / Auto Loader

/n

- Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP

/n

- Strong understanding of data engineering, ETL/ELT and data warehousing concepts

/n /n Domain Experience /n Experience working within Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biotechnology, Medical Devices or related industries is highly preferred. /n Experience with areas such as clinical data, patient data, commercial analytics, healthcare data, pharmaceutical data, clinical trials, real-world data or similar datasets would be an advantage. /n Experience /n Databricks Developer: 6+ years of overall IT experience with robust Databricks/data engineering experience. /n Databricks Architect: 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong experience in data architecture, Databricks and enterprise-scale data platforms.
