Job Title: Dayforce IT HRIS Consultant & Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dayforce IT HRIS Consultant & Analyst to support, administer, enhance, and optimize our enterprise Dayforce HCM platform.

The role will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to understand business requirements, troubleshoot HRIS issues, deliver system enhancements, and ensure the reliability and effectiveness of the Dayforce environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Dayforce HCM technical support, administration, and functional assistance .
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Dayforce solutions and enhancements .
- Configure and enhance Core HR, Workforce Management, workflows, business rules, and related HR processes .




- Troubleshoot application, data, integration, and configuration issues and perform root-cause analysis .
- Develop and maintain Dayforce integrations, interfaces, exports, and data exchanges .
- Work with SQL, APIs, XML, SFTP, and integration tools .
- Support UAT, testing, release management, deployments, and post-production/hypercare activities .
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation .
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy, security, compliance, and data integrity .
- Support HRIS reporting, dashboards, and data analysis .
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and external vendors to resolve incidents and deliver enhancements.
- Maintain technical and functional documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in HRIS / HR Technology.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM .
- Experience in Dayforce administration, configuration, implementation, development, or production support .
- Good understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, or Benefits .
- Experience with HRIS integrations and troubleshooting .
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data handling .
- Experience with APIs, XML, SFTP, or middleware/integration platforms .
- Experience in UAT, testing, releases, deployments, and production support .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams .

- Dayforce implementation or upgrade experience.
- Power BI / HRIS reporting experience.
- ServiceNow / ITIL experience.
