About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Data Science & AI Trainer to lead comprehensive, practical training programs. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theory and industry implementation, mentoring learners through live coding, real-world case studies, and hands-on lab sessions.

The ideal candidate brings deep industry experience alongside a proven track record in technical education, covering end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion and statistical modeling to NLP and Big Data processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Deliver end-to-end interactive training sessions across Python, Machine Learning, NLP, Big Data, and Dimensionality Reduction.
- - Hands-on Instruction: Conduct live coding demos, guided lab exercises, and practical problem-solving sessions using real-world datasets.
- - Learner Guidance: Mentor students and professionals in applying data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.
- - Evaluation & Feedback: Design, review, and evaluate hands-on assignments, capstone projects, and assessments to gauge practical competency.
- - Content Contextualization: Translate complex mathematical, statistical, and algorithmic concepts into clear, actionable business use cases.

- Required Skills & Technical Expertise

- Core Python & Data Wrangling: Advanced proficiency in Python for Data Science, with deep expertise in NumPy and Pandas for complex data manipulation and cleansing.




- - Machine Learning & Preprocessing: Hands-on experience with Scikit-Learn, feature engineering, missing value imputation, outlier detection, categorical encoding, standardization, normalization, feature selection, and managing imbalanced datasets.
- - Statistics & Visualization: Strong foundation in probability theory, inferential statistics, hypothesis testing, and standard visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- - Natural Language Processing (NLP): Practical knowledge of text preprocessing, tokenization, POS tagging, lemmatization, N-grams, Named Entity Recognition (NER), text classification, and word embeddings.
- - Dimensionality Reduction: Proven ability to implement and teach PCA, LDA, and Factor Analysis.
- - Big Data Engineering: Practical experience working with large-scale datasets using Apache Spark / PySpark.

- Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 5+ years of relevant industry experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or NLP.
- - Training Background: Prior experience as a corporate trainer, boot camp instructor, or technical educator delivering live, hands-on sessions.
- - Project Portfolio: Proven track record of executing end-to-end data science projects with real-world datasets.
- - Communication: Exceptional presentation, communication, and technical mentoring skills.

- Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must demonstrate comprehensive, hands-on mastery across the entire skill set outlined above. Candidates with knowledge limited only to basic Python, Pandas, or introductory ML will not be considered.
