Data Entry Operator – Store/VD Department

Location: Metoda, Rajkot, Gujarat

Education: Graduate in any field

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and maintain daily store-related data in ERP/software and Excel.
- Prepare and update GRN, material receipt, issue, transfer, and stock records.
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, consumables, components, and finished goods.
- Update stock inward/outward entries and ensure proper documentation.
- Verify physical stock with system records and report discrepancies to the Store In-charge.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of store records.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments regarding material and stock-related entries.




- Ensure timely and accurate data entry with minimum errors.
- Follow company procedures related to inventory control and store documentation.

Required Skills:

- Graduate / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, store, inventory, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Experience with ERP/Inventory Management Software will be an advantage.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
