About The Cinnamon Kitchen The Cinnamon Kitchen is a healthy snacking and gifting brand focused on creating products that are delicious, nutritious, and thoughtfully made. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to support our day-to-day operations and ensure accurate and timely data management.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in Excel/Google Sheets and internal systems.
- Maintain daily records of orders, inventory, production, dispatches, and other operational data.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Update and maintain product, customer, order, and inventory-related records.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Coordinate with different teams to collect missing or required information.
- Identify discrepancies in data and coordinate with the concerned team for corrections.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
- Perform regular data checks to ensure information is up to date.
- Assist the operations and management team with data-related tasks and reports.
- Handle confidential business information responsibly.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data.




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good typing speed with a low error rate.
- Basic knowledge of formulas such as SUM, COUNT, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters and sorting is preferred.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different teams.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage repetitive tasks with consistency.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, backend operations, MIS, administration, or a similar role.
- Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, retail, or food businesses will be an advantage.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
