Role and Responsibilities:
- Enter operational documents such as goods dispatch memos and hire payment advise into the company system.
- Preparing bill and invoices periodically
- Prepare cash receipts using company software and handling cash
- Coordinate with the warehouse team and assist when required
- Maintain organized and timely records.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer operations.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- MS excel
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
