Role Description The Data Analyst role is a full time remote position.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple products and platforms to generate insights that support business and product decisions. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards, preparing reports, and performing statistical analysis to track user behavior, performance metrics, and growth trends. The role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams to define data requirements, validate experiments, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

The Data

Analyst will also contribute to improving data models, optimizing data pipelines,



and supporting AI driven initiatives across Nitpeak's businesses.

Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills and hands on experience with data analytics tools and techniques.
- Solid understanding of statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression, and data interpretation.
- Experience with data modeling and working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Effective communication skills to present complex findings clearly to technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics oriented programming language (such as Python or R).
- Experience with business intelligence or visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, product focused environment and collaborate effectively with hybrid and remote teams.
- Prior experience in tech, AI, or digital product companies is an advantage.
- Comfortable working async across time zones and maintaining strong communication in a fully remote setup.
