Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Cybersecurity Trainer, Pan India, The Cybersecurity Trainer will develop and deliver highly engaging and practical cybersecurity training to students and professionals.

Responsibilities include conducting hands-on training sessions on application, network, and information security,



mentoring students through simulation labs, and guiding them in real-world defensive and offensive cybersecurity scenarios. Trainers will collaborate with the team to update course content to align with current industry trends and ensure participants acquire job-ready skills.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, SOC Analysis & Blue Teaming
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Cybersecurity and Network Security concepts
- Experience in Information Security and a deep understanding of best practices and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills to effectively engage with students
- Experience with hands-on training and working in Red, Blue, and Purple Teaming scenarios is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master's degree or certifications like CEH, eJPT, BTL1 are advantageous)
- A passion for mentoring and driving career growth in the cybersecurity field|
