Regional Order Confirmation Executive – Tamil & Telugu

Job Overview

We are looking for a clear-spoken, detail-oriented, and reliable Regional Order Confirmation Executive who can communicate fluently in Tamil and Telugu.

The primary responsibility will be to call customers who have placed online orders (COD or Prepaid), verify their order and shipping details, confirm their purchase intent, and ensure smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Call customers immediately after an order is placed to confirm orders and verify details.
- Verify customer name, contact number, and complete delivery address.
- Confirm COD/Prepaid payment status and update the order status in the system.
- Identify and correct incomplete or incorrect addresses to help reduce RTO.
- Handle basic customer queries regarding products, delivery timelines, and return policies.




- Maintain accurate records of confirmed, cancelled, hold, and unanswered calls in CRM/Excel.
- Inform customers about relevant offers or products when required.

Requirements

- Fluent in Tamil and Telugu – mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel.
- Prior experience in telecalling, order confirmation, customer support, or D2C/e-commerce will be an advantage.
- Comfortable making a high volume of customer calls.
- Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Work Location: In-person / In office Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
