Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International E-commerce Seller Support Process in Pune.

The ideal candidate should have 6–12 months of experience in an International Voice & Chat Process, with mandatory experience in Seller Support. The candidate will be responsible for assisting sellers with their queries and resolving issues related to orders, payments, listings, returns, refunds, and other account-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle seller queries through Voice, Chat, and Email.
- Assist international sellers with their day-to-day concerns.
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, product listings, returns, refunds, and seller accounts.
- Provide accurate, professional, and timely resolutions.
- Follow company SOPs, policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and SLA targets.




- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Eligibility & Requirements
- 6–12 months of experience in an International Voice & Chat Process is required.
- Seller Support experience is mandatory.
- Undergraduates and graduates can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of e-commerce seller support processes.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work from the office in Pune.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
