Role Overview

You will handle customer queries and support across WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls, ensuring smooth and professional communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp & Instagram
- Handle customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, orders & delivery
- Resolve issues and escalate when required
- Maintain proper follow-ups and communication records
- Ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Good communication skills
- Comfortable in Hindi, English, and Marathi
- Responsible, punctual & proactive attitude




- Ability to handle multiple chats at once
- Basic understanding of online customer support
- Willingness to learn and grow
