ABOUT THE ROLE

DD+ Architects is looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our team as Customer Success Executive Interns.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, coordinating with teams, and creating a great client experience.

You will receive hands-on exposure to client communication, customer relationship management, project coordination, and business operations within the Architecture & Design industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Communicate with clients and understand their requirements.
- Assist in handling client enquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate between clients and internal architecture/design teams.
- Schedule client meetings, discussions, and site visits.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates.
- Follow up with clients for pending requirements, approvals, and information.
- Maintain client records and communication details.
- Collect client feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams.
- Assist the Customer Success and Business Development teams.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Support the team in ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Students or graduates from the following backgrounds can apply:

- Any relevant Bachelor's degree

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Internship Duration: 2 Months

During the internship, you will receive practical training and hands-on experience in:

- Lead follow-up

- Professional communication & workplace skills

SALARY & INCENTIVES Internship: Stipend / performance-based incentives as per company policy.

Full-Time Opportunity: Successful interns may be offered a full-time position based on their performance.

Salary: 3 LPA onwards upon confirmation.

Additional Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives for achieving targets and contributing to successful client conversions.
