Job Title: Customer Support Executive – US Healthcare (Inbound Voice)

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site with complimentary cab drop facility)

Shift & Schedule:

Night shift aligned with U. S. time zones Monday to Friday working days Fixed weekends off – Saturday & Sunday Role Overview:

Handle inbound calls from U. S. healthcare customers. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions. No sales targets involved in this process. Requirements:

Robust communication skills in English (verbal and written). Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation/Diploma is an advantage). Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with U. S. time zones. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Compensation & Benefits:
