Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through chat

Provide accurate resolutions in writing

Support both service & sales-related requests

Requirements

Freshers & experienced candidates welcome

Strong written English

10+3 Diploma / HSC / Any Graduate

Basic computer skills

Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts
