Job Title: AccountantJob DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities

- Attend to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tyres, tubes, and related products.
- Provide customers with information regarding product availability,



brands, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the team regarding product availability and customer orders.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and pending orders.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and orders.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate with seniors when required.
- Build and maintain good relationships with regular customers.
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day customer-related activities.
- Share customer feedback and requirements with the management.

Requirements

- Any degree or relevant educational qualification.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage.
- Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 per month
