Customer Relations Executive

We are looking for a warm, well-spoken, confident, and responsible professional to manage customer interactions and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and Instagram DMs.

- Track customer enquiries, appointments, orders, payments, and deliveries.

- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

- Coordinate with design, production, store, and social media teams.

- Schedule bridal and customisation appointments.

- Take basic jewellery photographs and videos using a phone.

- Handle order updates and after-sales queries professionally.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Solid follow-up, coordination, and organisational abilities.

- Basic smartphone photography and videography skills.

- Experience in jewellery, fashion, bridal, or luxury retail is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
