Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Experience: Freshers can apply

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and documentation.
- Use Excel to update and manage customer data.
- Understand and explain basic Mutual Fund (MF) concepts to customers.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams as required.
- Address basic customer queries and provide necessary support.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a good customer experience.
- Occasional travel may be required.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers/candidates with no prior experience can apply.
- Good knowledge of Excel and documentation.
- Basic understanding of Mutual Fund concepts.
- Good communication skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
