We are hiring Customer Relationship Executive

Location: Anna Nagar West Extension, Chennai

Salary: 20,000 to 26,000 + Incentives

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Industry: Real Estate / Property Sales

Job Summary The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, following up with leads, understanding customer requirements, providing project information, and coordinating site visits with the sales team.

Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Property Sales, Customer Relationship, Telecalling, Pre-Sales, or Inside Sales are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp and property portals.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and property preferences.
- Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities and available offers.
- Identify and qualify potential customers.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.




- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Update customer details, lead status and follow-up activities in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Achieve monthly customer follow-up, site visit and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Real Estate / Property Sales experience is highly preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel or Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented and positive approach.
- Tamil communication is required. English communication will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
