We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions across the customer journey - from first walk-in to post-booking support - based out of our Mancheswar office and Saheed Nagar site office.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, queries, and follow-ups Welcome and coordinate walk-in clients and scheduled site visits Maintain and update customer records in the CRM Follow up with clients on documentation, payments,
and booking status Coordinate with sales, legal, and project teams to resolve client queries Maintain long-term relationships with customers post-booking Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline Excellent communication skills in English and Odia; Hindi is a plus Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools) Presentable, customer-first attitude Willingness to work across Mancheswar office and Saheed Nagar site office, including weekends How to apply
