About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Feedback Intern to support our QA/QC team in collecting, compiling and analysing customer feedback related to our products and services.

The intern will work closely with the Quality Head and assist in identifying areas for improvement, maintaining relevant MIS and data records, and supporting customer-centric quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in collecting customer feedback related to Unitech Concrete’s products and services.
- Conduct feedback calls and gather relevant customer inputs in a structured manner.
- Compile, organise and maintain customer feedback data and records.
- Assist with MIS, data entry and reporting related to customer feedback and quality.
- Analyse feedback to identify recurring concerns, customer expectations and potential areas of improvement.
- Prepare periodic customer feedback reports and summaries for the QA/QC team.




- Work closely with the Quality Head to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and service quality.
- Support the team in implementing customer-centric quality measures and improvement initiatives.
- Follow up on relevant feedback or concerns as required and maintain proper records.
- Assist with other QA/QC, MIS, data management or customer feedback activities as assigned by the organisation from time to time.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
