Outlook Educational Services is looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle student enquiries and provide information about our overseas education and visa-support services.
The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a professional telephone manner and the ability to follow up with prospective students effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Respond to student enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp and social media.
- Explain overseas education and visa-support services clearly.
- Understand each student’s requirements and connect qualified leads with counsellors.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries and follow-up activities.
- Update lead information in the CRM or company database.
- Schedule counselling appointments for interested students.
- Coordinate with counsellors and other internal teams.
- Resolve basic customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Meet daily calling, follow-up and appointment targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Basic computer, WhatsApp and MS Office knowledge.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable working from the office during the specified shift.
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, education consultancy or visa services will be an advantage.
