- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with junior professionals to support their integration and contribution to project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Solid understanding of integration design principles and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Workday integration tools and technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical integration solutions.
- Familiarity with data transformation, mapping, and validation techniques relevant to Workday integrations.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
