Role Description This is a full-time, in office CRM role based in Bilaspur. The position focuses on managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring timely response to client inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer data in CRM systems. Day-to-day tasks include supporting sales and project teams with customer insights, tracking customer interactions, and preparing regular reports on customer engagement and satisfaction.

The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues,



identifying opportunities for service improvements, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen client retention. The CRM professional is expected to work closely with leadership to align customer relationship strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills to build, maintain, and grow client accounts.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making.
- Project Management skills to coordinate customer-related initiatives and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
