Role Description The Credit Manager Audit Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Narwana. The role involves overseeing credit audits to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management frameworks across various lending products. The person in this role will review credit files, assess creditworthiness and risk ratings, validate documentation and processes, and identify gaps or non-compliance issues.
They will prepare audit reports, recommend corrective actions,
and collaborate with branch teams and credit officers to improve portfolio quality and minimize credit losses. The role also includes monitoring key performance indicators, supporting internal and external audit requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement of credit processes and controls.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Credit Management and Credit, with experience in assessing loan proposals and portfolio quality.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Credit Risk Management, including understanding of risk frameworks, regulatory norms, and internal controls.
- Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify patterns, and draw data-driven conclusions.
- Solid foundation in Finance, including knowledge of lending products, financial statements, and basic accounting principles.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field; professional certifications in credit or risk management are an advantage.
- Experience in credit audit, internal audit, or risk review roles within NBFCs or banking institutions is preferred.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Narwana, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain high ethical and compliance standards.
