Role Description This is a full-time Creative Writer role based in Bengaluru in a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Creative

Writer will develop original, engaging content across digital channels, including website copy, blogs, social media, campaigns, and thought leadership assets. Daily responsibilities include researching industry trends, brainstorming ideas with marketing and strategy teams, and translating complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives that align with client goals. The role involves refining brand voices, editing and polishing drafts, and collaborating with designers and strategists to ensure content is consistent, on-brief, and optimized for growth-focused marketing initiatives.





The Creative

Writer is expected to meet deadlines, incorporate feedback constructively, and contribute fresh creative concepts to client and internal projects.

Qualifications

- Strong Writing and Creative Writing skills, with the ability to craft transparent, engaging, and original content for diverse audiences.
- Experience in Web Content Writing, including familiarity with digital formats, basic SEO principles, and content tailored for online engagement.
- Solid Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt tone and style to different brands.
- Research skills to gather and synthesize information, understand client industries, and support data-informed storytelling.
- Prior experience in content marketing or a creative agency environment is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Bengaluru, managing time and priorities independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Literature, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and a portfolio showcasing relevant writing samples.
