Position: Creative Executive /n Experience Required: Minimum 3 years /n Salary: ₹4.2 LPA to ₹6 LPA /n Job Type: Full-time /n /n Role Overview /n We are looking for a skilled and creative Creative Executive who has a strong understanding of graphic design, video editing, and AI-based creative tools. The ideal candidate should be able to create high-quality graphics, images, and videos as per business requirements while maintaining brand consistency and visual appeal. The candidate should have hands-on experience with design and editing tools and should be comfortable using modern AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and creativity of content production. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n • Create professional graphics, social media creatives, posters, banners, thumbnails, presentations, and marketing visuals. /n • Edit videos, reels, promotional videos, short-form content, and brand videos as per business requirements. /n • Understand creative briefs and convert them into visually appealing designs and videos. /n • Work on day-to-day creative requirements for marketing, branding, social media, and business communication. /n • Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and improve creative outputs. /n • Maintain brand guidelines, design quality, and consistency across all creatives.



/n • Coordinate with the team to understand content requirements and deliver creatives on time. /n • Stay updated with current design trends, video trends, and AI tools used in content creation. /n /n Required Skills /n • Strong knowledge of graphic design and video editing. /n • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. /n • Good understanding of visual design, layout, typography, colour combinations, and branding. /n • Experience in using Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools. /n • Knowledge of Canva and Canva AI. /n • Experience with AI creative tools such as Google Flow, Higgsfield, and other AI-based design or video editing tools. /n • Ability to create both static and video content. /n • Good attention to detail and creative thinking. /n • Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines. /n /n Preferred Candidate /n The ideal candidate should be someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and updated with the latest design, video, and AI content creation trends.

They should be able to understand business requirements and produce clean, skilled, and engaging creatives independently.
