About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Designer who can work across UI/UX, product visuals, social media creatives, branding, and marketing designs.

The ideal candidate should be someone who can take a simple feature list, requirement, or idea from our team and turn it into a beautiful, intuitive, modern, and highly engaging visual experience.

We are looking for a designer with strong creative thinking not someone who simply executes predefined designs.

1. What You'll Do

- Understand product features and requirements and convert them into intuitive UI/UX designs.
- Think from the user's perspective and create simple, engaging, and visually appealing experiences.
- Design app screens, user flows, feature experiences, dashboards, and other product interfaces.
- Create high-quality social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, banners, promotional creatives, and marketing materials.
- Create visually consistent designs across product, marketing, and brand communication.
- Develop creative concepts and multiple design directions when required.
- Suggest improvements to the product experience and visual presentation.
- Work closely with developers, marketing, and product teams.
- Ensure designs are practical, polished, consistent, and ready for implementation.
- Stay updated with modern UI/UX, graphic design, branding, and social media design trends.

2. What We're Looking For

- 25 years of experience in UI/UX + Graphic/Visual Design.
- Strong knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent understanding of:
- UI/UX principles
- Typography
- Color theory
- Layout & composition
- Visual hierarchy
- Spacing & grids
- Branding
- Design systems
- Social media creative design
- Strong creative and visual problem-solving skills.




- Ability to transform a rough idea or feature requirement into a polished design.
- Ability to independently suggest better design solutions instead of only following instructions.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating both product/UI work and graphic/creative work.

3. Example of the Work We may give you a requirement like:

"We need a new feature where users can compare two players."

You should be able to:

Understand the requirement Think about the user journey Create the UX Design the UI Make it visually engaging Deliver a polished final design

Similarly, for marketing we may say:

"Create a social media campaign for this new feature."

You should be able to independently develop the creative concept, visual direction, layout, typography, graphics, and final post designs.

4. Important

This role requires a combination of UI/UX thinking and strong graphic/visual design skills.

We are NOT looking for:

- Web Designers focused primarily on websites
- Web Developers / Frontend Developers
- Designers who only create basic social media posts
- Designers who only execute predefined layouts
- Candidates with UI/UX knowledge but weak visual/graphic design skills

5. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver and visual thinker who can move comfortably between: Product UI/UX App Screens Feature Design Branding Social Media Marketing Creatives

You should have the ability to take a blank canvas + a feature/idea and turn it into something that looks and feels premium, intuitive, modern, and engaging.

6. Portfolio Required

Portfolio is mandatory.

Your portfolio should ideally demonstrate:

- UI/UX & product design
- Mobile app designs
- Creative social media posts
- Marketing creatives
- Branding/visual design
- Ability to create original concepts

Candidates with a strong and diverse portfolio will be preferred.
