Client Relationship Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional experience at the clinic.
- Understand client requirements and explain available slimming, wellness, and treatment programs.
- Handle client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with new leads and existing clients to improve conversions.
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments and treatment sessions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout their wellness journey.
- Explain treatment procedures, packages, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Coordinate with Dieticians, Therapists, Doctors, and other clinic staff for smooth service delivery.
- Monitor client visits, treatment progress, feedback, and follow-up requirements.
- Handle client concerns and resolve basic issues professionally, escalating when required.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM/ERP systems regularly.
- Encourage repeat visits, package renewals, and client retention.
- Achieve monthly sales, conversion, retention, and revenue targets.




- Collect client feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
- Support promotional activities, referral programs, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales.
- Ensure the reception/client area is maintained professionally.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and customer-service standards.

Preferred Experience

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 1–3 years in Client Relationship, Sales, Telecalling, Hospitality, Healthcare, Wellness, or Retail.

Freshers: Can be considered based on communication and sales skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per hour
