- Welcome and attend customers visiting the showroom professionally.

- Make welcome calls to new customers and enquiries.

- Follow up with leads received through online, phone, walk-in, and digital enquiries.

- Contact customers regularly and understand their vehicle requirements.

- Provide basic information about Tata car models, variants, features, offers, and test drives.

- Schedule and coordinate test drives and showroom visits.

- Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet booked a vehicle.

- Maintain regular follow-up with pending and prospective customers.

- Update customer interactions, enquiry status, and follow-up details in the CRM/DMS system.

- Coordinate with Sales Executives and Sales Managers for lead conversion.





- Make reminder calls regarding test drives, quotations, bookings, and documentation.

- Collect customer feedback and ensure a positive showroom experience.

- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules.

- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, appointment, and lead-conversion targets.

- Handle customer queries politely and escalate complaints or issues to the concerned team.

- Maintain qualified communication and good customer relationships

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
