Role Description The CPA intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghatkopar east. The intern will assist with the preparation and review of financial statements, support tax preparation activities, and help maintain accurate accounting records under the supervision of senior team members. Day-to-day tasks will include data entry and reconciliation, basic audit support work, documentation of working papers, and preparation of reports and schedules for client engagements.

The intern will also contribute to research on accounting and tax issues,



help ensure compliance with relevant regulations and firm policies, and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and client expectations. This role offers hands-on exposure to professional standards and practices within a boutique CPA firm environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Accounting and Finance for recording transactions, analyzing data, and supporting decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements for preparing, reviewing, and interpreting balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Tax Preparation for assisting with individual and business tax filings and basic compliance work.
- Candidates should possess knowledge related to Certified Public Accounting (CPA) principles, professional ethics, and U.S. GAAP fundamentals.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to follow structured processes and deadlines.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic accounting software; familiarity with bookkeeping tools is an advantage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively on-site in Ghatkopar east.
- Candidate should be pursuing CPA course and have at least cleared 1 or 2 papers out of 4
