Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career options
- Handle admission enquiries and counselling sessions
- Make calls to prospective students and parents
- Follow up regularly on leads and enquiries
- Explain courses, batches, fees and admission process
- Convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain proper follow-up and admission records
Requirements
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Good convincing and counselling ability
✅ Confident and skilled personality
✅ Prior experience in a coaching institute/education sector preferred
✅ Target-oriented approach
