Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to perform a Costing & Estimation of different new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed project cost estimates (preliminary and final) based on drawings.
2. Analyze project requirements, BOQs, drawings, and specifications to assess and verify scope of work.
3. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions for estimation.
4. Rate Analysis and preparation of Bid.
5. Benchmark project costs against market trends and previous projects to ensure competitiveness.
6. Assist in tendering and bid evaluation by analyzing contractor quotes and providing cost comparison reports.
7. Cost Tracking & Reporting Monitor project budgets and provide cost-to-complete forecasts during the execution stage.
8. Maintain a database of unit rates, vendor quotes, and cost histories to improve estimate accuracy over time.

Prepare and present detailed cost estimation reports and dashboards for management review.
10. Support financial feasibility and investment analysis during project planning phases.

Qualifications: B.E with 8-10 yrs. of Work experience in Costing & Estimation

Required Skill:

1. Knowledge of Milling, Turning, Grinding, Sheet metal and Assembly.
2. Knowledge on special processes like Surface Treatment, NDT and Painting.
3. Good in AutoCAD, Solid works, Master CAM.
4. Preferable Experience of Aeronautics & AS9100.
5. Deriving the Costing of recent parts as per RFQ of Aerospace projects.
6. Responding timely to RFQs.
7. Tracking RFQ & Improving Conversion Rates.
8. Resource Planning.
9. Bid Preparation.
10. Value Engineering & Improving costs.
