Counter Sales Executive – Stalls & Exhibitions Brand: KEIIARRA – Scented Rituals Position: Counter Sales Executive Location: Stalls, Exhibitions, Pop-ups & Events Employment Type: Full-Time / Event-Based About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, confident and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executive to represent KEIIARRA at our stalls, exhibitions and pop-up events. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, explaining our fragrances, candles, bath products and gifting products, and converting customer interest into sales. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and engage customers visiting the stall.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Explain product features, fragrances, pricing and offers. Conduct fragrance/product demonstrations and trials. Achieve daily and event-wise sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products, combos and gift sets. Handle billing, UPI/card/cash payments accurately. Maintain proper stock and report stock requirements. Keep the stall clean, organized and attractive.
Maintain excellent customer service and handle queries professionally. Maintain daily sales and stock reports.
Collect customer enquiries and feedback. Represent the KEIIARRA brand professionally at all times.
Candidate
RequirementsMinimum 12th pass ; graduate preferred. Prior experience in retail/counter sales, exhibitions, pop-ups, FMCG, beauty, fragrance, gifting or lifestyle products is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may apply.
Positive communication and convincing skills. Confident and comfortable approaching customers. Presentable, well-groomed and energetic. Basic knowledge of digital payments and billing. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as per event requirements.
Willingness to travel to different stall/event locations when required.
