About the Role Lead the commercial function for our Bengaluru region driving cost control, budgeting, and billing excellence across sites while mentoring a high-performing team

What You'll Do
- Lead & train the site/RO commercial team on processes and SAP
- Review and approve project budgets before kick-off
- Control site costs (IDC, NMR, labour) across the region
- Own monthly MIS reporting (P&L;, LCR, CTC, reconciliations) to HO
- Drive audit closures and timely client billing
- Manage extra-item claims and subcontractor bill clearances
- Negotiate Comparative Statements & Work Orders with MEP/PMV/Formwork teams
What We're Looking For
- B.E./B.Tech (Civil)
- Robust SAP & commercial/cost control experience in construction/EPC
- Sharp negotiator with a knack for numbers and team leadership.
