Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, confident, and client-focused Cosmetologist to join our professional beauty team. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in skincare, haircare, beauty treatments, and aesthetic services, along with excellent consultation and customer-handling skills.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized beauty services, understanding client requirements, recommending suitable treatments and products, and maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, professionalism, and service.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct skilled consultations and understand clients beauty, skin, and hair concerns.
- Perform a wide range of cosmetology services including facials, cleanup, waxing, threading, skin treatments, hair treatments, styling, and other salon services as per expertise.
- Assess clients skin and hair conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care routines.
- Deliver customized services while ensuring excellent client comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, sterilization, and workplace safety.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest beauty trends, products, techniques, and cosmetology treatments.
- Recommend and professionally explain suitable skincare, haircare, and beauty products without being pushy.
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits through excellent service.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and product usage where required.




- Handle client queries and concerns professionally and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Support the salon/clinic in achieving service quality, client retention, and revenue targets.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation of the treatment area and equipment.
- Follow company SOPs, service protocols, and professional standards at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor/Certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in a salon, spa, beauty clinic, or aesthetic center.
- Strong practical knowledge of skincare, haircare, and beauty treatments.
- Excellent consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of skin types, hair types, products, and treatment suitability.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a polished and professional personality.
- Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team.
- Good personal grooming and professional appearance.
- Willingness to learn new techniques, treatments, and products.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in a premium/luxury salon or aesthetic clinic.
- Knowledge of advanced facials, peels, hair treatments, bridal services, or aesthetic procedures.
- Experience in client consultation and treatment/product recommendations.
- Ability to contribute to upselling and client retention.
- Additional certifications in advanced beauty or aesthetic treatments.
