To lead and manage the operations of an automatic corrugation plant, ensuring high productivity, consistent quality, cost efficiency, and effective workforce management.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of automatic corrugation machines.

- Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials and machine capacity.

- Monitor downtime, preventive maintenance, and efficiency.

- Enforce quality standards for GSM, bursting strength, and edge crush tests.

- Address rejection issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

- Implement strategies to reduce wastage and improve yield.

- Maintain profitability through cost-effective production planning.

- Supervise operators, helpers, and supervisors.

- Train and motivate staff for continuous improvement.

- Manage workforce shifts for uninterrupted operations.

- Provide technical inputs to sales and quotation teams.





- Coordinate with clients on production feasibility and delivery schedules.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory requirements.

- Maintain documentation for audits and certifications.

Requirements

- Robust knowledge of corrugation processes (3-ply, 5-ply, 7-ply).

- Expertise in automatic corrugation machinery operation and troubleshooting.

- Ability to balance speed, quality, and cost.

- Leadership and team management skills.

- Analytical approach to efficiency and cost control.

- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.

- 8–12 years of experience in corrugation industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
