Who YOU Are You're that person who: Understands briefs better than the people who wrote them Can turn SIP, NAV, and expense ratios into copy your grandmother would actually read Writes like a wizard, edits like a compliance officer's favourite nightmare (in a positive way), and thinks like a strategist Lives on the internet — not for validation, but for observation Knows the difference between "fun" and "financial mis-selling" Reads brand tone like astrology signs — but also reads SEBI/RBI guidelines like the Bhagavad Gita Can turn "we need this in 1 hour, and it needs a disclaimer" into "done, check your mail"

Your Responsibilities (aka your superpowers) 1. Brand Understanding & Alignment Decode client briefs like Sherlock decoding a crime scene — except the crime scene has a compliance team Understand brand identity, tone, target audience, and category nuances (banking ≠ mutual funds ≠ insurance ≠ fintech) Ensure every line feels on-brand, on-tone, and audit-safe

- Content Creation Craft original, high-quality content for influencer-first BFSI campaigns Build scripts, storyboards, hooks, VO lines, and POVs that make finance feel less "finance" and more relatable Translate jargon-heavy financial concepts into simple, credible, scroll-worthy content for Instagram, YouTube, and beyond
- Copywriting (Your bread, butter, and biryani) Write sharp, clear, trust-building copy for:



Digital ads for banking/fintech/mutual fund brands Influencer scripts explaining financial products Social media content (educational + campaign-led) Emailers and investor communication Brand films Pitches and decks Anything that needs words, clarity, and credibility
- Editing & Proofreading Be the grammar gatekeeper AND the accuracy gatekeeper Review copy for clarity, tone, brand alignment, and factual/regulatory correctness Ensure every piece is polished, compliant, and publication-ready
- Research (Your secret weapon) Stay updated on financial trends, market movements, and category shifts (interest rates, tax season, market volatility — you know the calendar) Understand audience behaviour across banking, mutual funds, and fintech users Balance data + creativity to craft messaging that builds trust, not just clicks
- Compliance Awareness Work closely with legal/compliance teams to ensure copy meets regulatory standards (SEBI, RBI, ASCI guidelines where applicable) Know when a "fun line" needs a disclaimer — and write it in a way that doesn't kill the vibe
- Time Management Follow internal TATs like a pro Deliver quality under tight timelines — because in finance, timing genuinely matters
- Operations Adhere to internal SOPs Maintain clean documentation and approval trails (the boring part that keeps everyone out of trouble)
